Job Description

Our client an international business specialising in Travel and Hospitality is recruiting a Sales Operations Coordinator to work on a hybrid basis. Working from either the Oxford or London office for 2 days per week, the remainder will be remote working.  This is 12 month contract paying £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay. 

Candidates will ideally have a background in Travel and Tourism. This is an incredibly varied role working closely with different teams and managing different projects on behalf of this international orgnisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides sales operation process and support
  • Provides support and advice to sales colleagues
  • Expected to work  across multi-functional teams, evaluate problems to solve, prioritize, provide solutions and track and communicate resolution.
  • Creates effective CRM dashboards
  • Monitors the quality and integrity of CRM data
  • Uses win/loss information to analyse data

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in English is required; an additional language would be desirable
  • Previous sales operations experience
  • Experience in strategy, operations, technology, analytics or related field
  • Team player with a positive attitude keen to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An interest in the Travel and Tourism industry
  • A solid working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and creating dashboards and views.
  • Mid-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
