Job Hunting Tips
The interview process you will go through will depend on the specific job and seniority of the position. You may be requested to attend a selection/assessment centre, complete psychometric profiles, or attend a competency-based interview.
Your Agency should be prepared to give you advice to prepare you for the specific method of selection that your prospective employer is using. This in turn will enable you to approach your interview positively and confidently.
Whatever position you apply for, regardless of salary level or seniority, every interviewer tries to evaluate each candidate by the same three criteria and will usually try to answer the following questions:
Is the candidate able to do the job?
Is he or she willing to put in the effort to make the job a success?
Is he or she manageable?
